Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any error attributable to the Photographer, the Printer or any technical error of the website, will be fully refundable, with the option of choosing a replacement product/print, or with the crediting of the entire amount paid.

Order Errors

Possible errors in orders, meaning incorrect selection of the print to purchase, errors in selecting the format, the type (Color or Black and White), additional requests such as border, certification and/or anything else not expressly mentioned, can be managed before shipping the product. Once the product(s) has been entrusted to the courier in charge, it will no longer be possible to make any changes, and no refund will be due.
