The images can be printed in “Color and/or in Black and White”, or “only in Color” or “only in Black and White”, as indicated in the product description and highlighted by the double purchase option in the Product Page. Where “Color Print Only” or “Black and White Print Only” is indicated, it’s not possible to request the other type of print (Color or B&W) under any circumstances, as this is the photographer’s professional decision for technical, stylistic and artistic reasons.
It’s possible to request, at no additional cost, printing images with a border (option available on the product page), which can vary from 2 to 5 centimeters. It goes without saying that choosing a border will reduce the size of the image (the ptinted part), please pay close attention to choosing the size of any border (Printing a border is not recommended for the 20×30 and 30×45 formats).
It’s possible to order all FineArt prints with or without a Certificate of Authenticity and Quality as option on the product page. The Certificate and certification have the following characteristics:
– A small numbered hologram will be placed on the back of the fine art print; the same number will be shown on the certificate.
– Color printing with sleeking decorations in gold foil on 250gr Cardboard.
The Certificate contains:
– Name and Surname of the Author
– Title of the Work
– Author’s Website, if applicable
– Number and date of your Order.
– The number of the hologram also placed on the back of the FineArt print
– The format and support used (the format and support purchased)
– The description of the printing method (pre-printed in English)
– The signature of the printer with the relative dry stamp “Certified Print Lab Canson”
– The space for the edition numbering
– The date and signature of the Author
Note: Why is it advisable to accompany the works with a “Certificate of Authenticity”? The certificate of authenticity is the document that must be delivered upon purchase of any work of art. This reports the authorship of the work and helps maintain its economic value over time. The numbered hologram, placed on the back of the print, and reported in the certificate, makes it unique and non-duplicable.
Color/Black & White Switch
A “switch” function is available in all products that can be printed in both color and black and white. It allows you to view the image in both versions. On the displayed photo, on the left/center, you can see a “handle” that, if “pulled” from left to right (and vice-versa from right to left), shows you the image in one or the other version. The default view is color, use the switch to see the same photo in black and white.
