Important Note: If you should find errors in the classification of species or other types of inconsistencies, do not hesitate to report the error to me. If you are a bird-watching enthusiast, you already know that some species and subspecies can be differentiated by just a few details and can be easily confused by an inexperienced eye (mine)

The Birdwatcher hole is a section of the website dedicated to all the Birds Lovers. Created to collect years of shots, placed in macro-categories, in order to make them easier to consult and, hopefully, enjoyable. Not too “simple”, not too “technical”.

The BWH is not based just on “beauty” criteria, or uniqueness of the shot but, unlike other portfolios, it doesn’t want to be a collection of the best shots (even if the galleries contain them all), but “a resume” of the photographed species. In each category you could find more photos of the same species, and you could find the same species in different categories, because each species can belong to more than one macro-category (example Golden Eagle is both a Bird of Prey and a Mountain Bird). All you have to do is enjoy all the categories, leave a like on your favorite pictures and, if you like, comment their contents.

Welcome in the Birdwatcher Hole.
